Girl Scout Cookie Program

On January 11, local Girl Scouts will begin going door to door taking initial orders as part of the 2014 Girl Scout Cookie Program. Cookie delivery begins on February 20, and cookie booth sales begin on February 23 and run for a month. Cookies are still just $3.50 a box. All proceeds benefit local Girl Scout programs and troop activities. The Girl Scout Cookie Program is the nation?s leading financial literacy and entrepreneurial program for girls. Through the program, girls learn five skills to leadership: goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills and business ethics.
